Function qtranform:rotated returns a new transformation matrix representing a coordinate system rotated by angle units around the origin. The optional string argument axis may be XAxis, YAxis, or ZAxis and defaults to ZAxis. The optional string argument unit may be Degrees or Radians and default to Degrees.
